Kaltenbach KKS 400 NA

The fully automatic Kaltenbach KKS 400 NA universal circular saw has a rotating saw table for mitre adjustment +/- 90 degrees and is suitable for processing flat steel, angle steel, solid material, pipes and special profiles up to 130 mm in diameter. The saw blade diameter is 400 mm with a cutting width of 5 mm. The use of an HSS solid steel blade or HSS segment saw blade is possible. An automatic material feed NA by means of a feed gripper enables single and multiple strokes for series production.

Kaltenbach KKS 401 NA

The Kaltenbach KKS401 NA automatic circular saw offers an efficient solution for the automatic sawing of bar material. Equipped with a circular saw, automatic material feed and loading system, it enables precise cuts in various profiles such as flat steel, angle and solid material as well as pipes. Mitre cuts on both sides are possible thanks to the 180° swivel range of the rotary table.

The loading magazine ensures a continuous supply of material with capacities of up to 12 m on the infeed side and 6 m on the outfeed side. The hydraulically adjustable saw blade feed offers maximum flexibility, while the saw blade with a diameter of up to 450 mm cuts various materials cleanly. The cutting speed can be varied as required.

A semi-automatic L 41 NC cross-cut fence ensures optimum length measurement for single cuts and small batches.
