The Kaltenbach KDP 736 is a high-performance drilling machine with additional 500 mm movable drilling axes (this significantly reduces processing times), for steel profiles from min. 50 x 5 mm to max. 750 x 600 mm, with 2 horizontal drilling units and one vertical drilling unit and 3 automatic tool changers with 12 tool holders each, suitable for drilling, contour marking, center punching, countersinking, thread cutting and milling of standard contours. The powerful drilling units, each with 34.5 kW drive power, are suitable for use with HSS drilling tools and carbide drilling tools. Can be combined with the saw-drill unit.

The Kaltenbach KDP 1036 is a drilling and milling machine for profile processing with additional 500 mm movable drilling axes (this significantly reduces processing times), for steel profiles from min. 50 x 5 mm to max. 1030 x 600 mm, with 2 horizontal drilling units and one vertical drilling unit and 3 automatic tool changers with 12 tool holders each, suitable for drilling, contour marking, center punching, countersinking, thread cutting and milling of standard contours. The powerful drilling units, each with 34.5 kW drive power, are suitable for use with carbide drilling tools. This drilling system can be combined with the saw drilling system.
