Voortman V320

The Voortman V320 sheet metal processing machine combines drilling, milling, marking, tapping and advanced plasma cutting with automated material handling.

The Voortman V320 sheet metal processing center combines efficiency and automatic material handling in one system for drilling, milling, marking and cutting steel plates. A powerful drilling unit in combination with a CNC-controlled plasma cutting unit (optionally with oxy-fuel cutting unit) achieves high production speeds and is therefore particularly suitable for industrial production environments.

The machine has a powerful drilling unit for the use of Nenok carbide tools and is designed for fast and automatic industrial production with an automatic tool changer.
A conveyor belt system and an automatic parts removal table on the outfeed side speed up the unloading of finished sheet metal plates and increase overall productivity.

The CNC control in conjunction with Voortman VACAM CNC software monitors the production process and uses intelligent nesting programs for optimal utilization of the raw material. The sheets are efficiently utilized and waste is greatly reduced.

Maximum output plate dimensions: The machine can process steel plates with a length of up to approx. 6,100 mm, a width of up to approx. 2,050 mm and a thickness of up to approx. 75 mm. It is designed for heavy plates with a maximum plate weight of up to 7,500 kg (also up to 9,000 kg for larger widths, depending on the version).

Voortman V325

The Voortman V325 sheet metal processing machine is designed for drilling, milling, marking and cutting heavy sheet metal with plasma or oxyfuel. The workpiece (the steel plate) is conveyed through the machine. The Voortman V325 sheet metal processing center is designed for the automatic processing of heavy steel plates up to 3050 mm wide and optionally with a plate length of up to 6100 mm, 9100 mm or 12,100 mm. The plate thickness is between 6 mm and 100 mm.
