Model series Orient from Ficep

Die Ficep Orient CNC gesteuerte Bohranlage ist eine wirtschaftliche Bohrmaschine mit einer schwenkbaren leistungsstarken Bohreinheit. Durch die hohe Spindeldrehzahl und Antriebsleistung der Bohrspindel ist der wirtschaftliche Einsatz von Hartmetallbohrern gewährleistet. Die Orient-Maschinenserie wird als reine Bohranlage oder als Kombination mit einer horizontalen Bandsäge eingesetzt. Der Materialtransport und die Vermessung in X-Achse erfolgt durch einen Zangenmesswagen. Optional kann die Orient-Bohrmaschine auch in Kombination mit einem Ausklinkroboter zum Einsatz kommen. Hierbei wird ein Industrieroboter zum Ausklinken mit einer Autogenschneidquelle oder einer Plasmaschneidquelle ausgerüstet.

Ficep 601 DZB ORIENT 6

Automatische Einspindlige Bohranlage in Kombination mit einer Katana Horizontalbandsäge. Diese Bohrsägeanlage ist für die Profilstahlbearbeitung geeignet. Ein optionaler Werkzeugwechsler sorgt für eine schnelle Verfügbarkeit der Bohrwerkzeuge. Die Doppelgehrungsbandsäge sorgt für schnelle und saubere Sägeschnitte.
