Reinforcing steel processing

Some of our steel construction and steel trading customers use machines for sectional beam and flat steel processing as well as for concrete steel processing. Sometimes it can be reasonable to serve both – steel construction and concrete construction industry.
We are pleased that as of now we are also able to offer used machines for concrete steel processing. Due to high labour-costs shearing and bending of concrete steel (formerly also known as reinforcing steel) has become mostly automated within the European construction industry and only a few manual machines are still in use.
Outside Europe there is still a high demand for used machines for concrete steel processing from manufacturers such as  EVG, Pedax, Schnell, Progress, Schilt Engineering BV etc.

You will find the appropriate machine depending on availability – from simple rebar bender or iron bar cutter to fully automated wire straightening machine or automatic stirrup bender.

At present (Novembre 2016) we are able to offer you at good conditions an almost complete operations for bending concrete reinforcement steel respectively the single used machines from manufacturers such as EVG, Schnell Spa, Peddinghaus/Pedax.
