6. Collection and processing

1. When visiting our pages, the web server automatically logs access in the form of a log file. These are non-personal data containing the following information: the browser type and its version, the operating system used, the so-called referrer URL (the previously visited, forwarding page), the IP address of the requesting computer, the access date and the time, the server request, and the file request of the client (file name and URL). These data are collected only for the purpose of statistical evaluation. There is no personal evaluation or disclosure to third parties.

7. Contacting

1. When contacting us (via contact form or e-mail), the information provided by the user for processing the contact request and its processing are processed acc. to Art. 6, 1 lit. b) GDPR.

11. Newsletter

1. The following information is about the content of our newsletter as well as the registration, shipping and statistical evaluation procedures as well as your right of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the reception and the procedures described.
2. Content of the newsletter: We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with advertising information (hereinafter "newsletter") only with the consent of the recipient or a legal permission.
