Young used Vernet Behringer machines:

VERNET-BEHRINGER HD-S EVO 612 drilling-milling line in combination with Behringer HBP360/704 band saw for the processing of sectional steel.

This modern drilling-milling line is a CNC controlled line combination consisting of a Behringer miter band saw year 1999 and a Vernet Behringer HD-S EVO drilling-milling line year 2018 with 3 powerful drilling axes. The material position and feed is done with a measuring clamp system via a roller conveyor in the infeed and outfeed area. The 3 axes drilling rig Vernet Behringer HD-S 612 is suitable for drilling, countersinking, tapping, marking and milling of sectional steel with carbide drills and HSS drilling tools.
Production data created from a CAD system in DXTV format is converted into machine data in the Vernet-Behringer CNC control so that all traversing axes are automatically positioned with pinpoint accuracy. The CNC control provides the machine operator with all kinds of assistance for easy handling of the system.

Vernet Behringer MAG EVO 420 sheet metal processing center for drilling, milling and plasma cutting of flat steel and sheet metal panels

This plate drilling and cutting center is ideal for the production of head plates, connecting plates and foot plates in steel construction and steel trade.

The MAG Evo 420 plate processing center is equipped on the infeed side with a roller conveyor for flat steel or plates of 4000 x 2000 mm with zero position cross conveyors, NC feed carriage and retractable collets. On the discharge side there is a discharge roller conveyor with unloading table for unloading the small components.

The powerful drilling unit has a drive power of 16 kW and a spindle speed of 160 to 4000 rpm. Thus, the MAG EVO is equipped for the use of carbide tools. An automatic tool changer with 14 tool holders ensures a fast tool change. Furthermore, this modern machine is equipped with the necessary software options for milling and scribe marking.

For thermal cutting a Kjellberg HiFocus 280i neo plasma cutting unit is used for material thicknesses up to 40 mm.
