The Agtos blast machine has a base frame of the type Gutmann KH2160 and is equipped as a continuous blast machine with a roller conveyor transport system for 2000 mm wide workpieces. The workpieces to be blasted (sheets, profiles and other components) are conveyed through the blast chamber of the blast machine for cleaning and descaling.

This reliable Gutmann continuous blast machine, built in 1996, was thoroughly overhauled by Agtos in 2006 and, among other things, equipped with new blast wheel turbines. Agtos, which specialises in blast machines, has a great deal of experience in overhauling or retrofitting older blast machines. The blasting companies thereby considerably extend the availability and also increase the performance of their plant without having to carry out new foundation work. Our available used Gutmann KH2160 shot blast machine was after a test run professionally disassembled and temporarily stored by our technicians. The condition is good, so that this machine can be used in production immediately after professional assembly in the new production plant. The equipment consists of a transport system via stable roller conveyors for the material infeed and the material outfeed. The workpieces are blasted in the blasting chamber, which is equipped with 6 Agtos 3.6-6-11 blast wheels. The blasting material is returned to the blasting circuit via screw conveyors and a bucket elevator. A cleaning brush, a blow-off system and a filter system ensure that both the blasting material and the dust produced remain in the filter system and the machine.
