Kaltenbach KDS 615

Die Profilträger-Bohranlage Kaltenbach KDS 615 ist mit 3 leistungsstarken Bohreinheiten (einer vertikalen und zwei horizontalen) zu je 15 kW Antriebleistung und einer Max. Bohrdrehzahl von bis zu 2500 U/min. Die größte Werkstückabmessung der Bohranlage ist 640 x 415 mm, die kleinste Abmessung ist 50 x 50 x 5 mm.
Ein automatischer 5-Fach Werkzeugwechsler pro Bohrachse sorgt für einen schnellen Werkzeugwechsel. Die Bohranlage ist geeignet für den Einsatz von Hartmetallbohrern, Wechselplattenbohrer und/oder HSS Kühlkanalbohrern in den Abmessungen 10 - 40 mm.
