For more than 20 years, Nenok has been dedicated to the used machinery business and has become the leading supplier of well-preserved used structural steel machinery. With an all-round service for national and international customers, we ensure a smooth process around machine evaluation, machine purchase, disassembly, international transport, machine cleaning, repair and machine reconditioning as well as assembly and commissioning at the new owner's site. The supply of high-performance and low-cost tools such as cooling lubricants, HSS coolant channel drills, carbide drills, milling cutters, band saw blades and cutting nozzles is also an important service that our customers appreciate.
To increase our proximity to our customers we have decided to open another location in the south of Germany. Our new sales office in Langenargen on Lake Constance is not only scenically located, but also logistically just right in the border triangle of Germany - Austria - Switzerland. Our authorized signatory Jochen Paust, an experienced mechanical engineer, manages the new office and is therefore your contact person in the region. An advantage here is of course also the spatial proximity to numerous steel constructors and steel traders located in Southern Germany, but also to well-known machine manufacturers such as MicroStep, Lissmac, Kaltenbach, Stierli-Bieger, Behringer, Meba and Kasto.
In addition to sales activities, the Langenargen office will also serve as a future location for training courses and industry meetings on the subject of used machines and tools used in steel construction, plant engineering and steel trading. As soon as this is possible again, we want to use the well-equipped premises (incl. seminar rooms and restaurant) as a contact point for the exchange within the industry and are looking forward to interested visitors.
We hope you have had a good start to the new year so far and that, despite the constraints imposed by the pandemic, you will find a suitable way to master the challenges ahead, with one important factor already clearly apparent in the rising cost of materials for sectional steel and flat steel. This has been triggered by the current supply bottlenecks caused by the pandemic.
The focus of our activities is on fast response times to machine inquiries or offers for machine purchases. We can further optimize these through the two locations. From the metal builder, who needs a profile steel shear, over the steel builder from the middle class, with a self-sufficiently working saw-drill line, up to the steel concern, which operates a completely linked machine park, we are active in the support with purchase and sale of used machines and plants, as well as in the procurement of new tools. As before, equipment purchased from Nenok is reconditioned in Cologne in order to be able to deliver it fully functional for new use to our customers in Germany and abroad.
In the Corona situation currently affecting all of us, we can guarantee to be able to visit them at short notice thanks to the two locations.
Due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic, we have all had to deal with considerable uncertainties and difficulties since last March. We hope and wish our business partners that despite everything we will be able to start the new year stronger and that the economy will be back on the road to recovery. Let us not lose the necessary optimism that will enable us to start another successful year with vigor. You can count on motivated Nenok employees also in 2021!
