Rösler cross conveyor as a lift truck system

The stable Rösler cross conveyor system is suitable as a lift truck system for the cross transport of heavy profiles and sheet metal. Six cross transport support frames, also known as cross transport tables, are used.
Previously, the system was used in the outfeed area of a Rösler continuous shot blast machine, specifically to move sheets from the roller conveyor system for further processing.

The traversing beams are lifted by approx. 120 mm via a hydraulic lifting system and then moved sideways synchronously via a chain drive. Roller conveyors are also available on request at an extra charge. The working height of the Rösler cross conveyors is approx. 640 mm.
