Peddinghaus FDB 1500

Peddinghaus FDB 1500 plate processing machine for drilling and flame cutting.
The Peddinghaus FDB 1500 plate processing center is suitable for steel construction, steel trade and metal construction for economical drilling and flame cutting (gas) of flat steel and steel plates.

As CNC control a Siemens Sinumerik 810 is used for programming.
Machining dimensions: machining width from 80 to 1500 mm, sheet thickness from 6 - 50 mm, material length as a base up to 6000 mm, (the length is very easy to extend because of the roller measuring system), the infeed roller table and outfeed roller table are included respectively.
Drill diameter: min. ø 8, up to max. ø 40 mm suitable for HSS coolant channel drill (cooling by the drill spindle),
The FDB 1500 is equipped with an oxyfuel flame cutting unit.
An exhaust system is integrated below the torch box. A filter unit is available as an option at extra cost.
After entering the drawing data or transferring the CAD data via DSTV or DXF interface to the Siemens CNC control, the flat material or the metal sheets are machined in an automatic process. First, all holes are drilled and burned out in the second operation.
