The FICEP Tipo G31 LG sheet metal processing center is suitable for the economical processing of sheet steel and flat steel in steel construction, steel trade and plant engineering.
Ficep Tipo G series
The Ficep Tipo G series consists of a rigid double bridge construction in which the two powerful drilling units are stably guided. The welded bridge frame with its special structural rigidity is ideally designed for machining tasks such as carbide drilling, milling, oxy-fuel cutting and plasma cutting.
Ficep Tipo G31 LG performance
The used Ficep Tipo G31 LG can drill, center punch, thread, countersink, mark, mill, oxy-fuel cut and plasma cut flat steel or sheet metal with a maximum sheet width of 3,100 mm and a maximum sheet length of 14,000 mm in a single clamping operation. This modern CNC-controlled flat steel processing center is equipped with two powerful 26 kW drilling units and a modern Hypertherm XPR 400 plasma cutting unit.
The Ficep Tipo G31 system is designed for sheet sizes of:
Sheet widths of minimum 200 mm and maximum 3,100 mm
Sheet lengths of minimum 2500 mm and maximum 14,000 mm
Each of the two drilling units is equipped with a 24-slot tool changer for quick tool changes. The SK 40 tool holders provide optimum tool guidance for the carbide tools. The 26 kW drilling units are designed with a high torque and a high speed of up to 6000 rpm. The tools used are modern carbide tools such as Nenok solid carbide drills, KSEM drills, Nenok milling tools, Nenok Multiplex interchangeable insert tools and HSS coolant channel drills with drilling diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm.
Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma cutting system
The modern Hpyertherm HPR 400 XD cutting system enables a clean cut with material thicknesses from 6 mm to 50 mm, the piercing capacity is over 50 mm, the cutting capacity is max. 80 mm. The Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma cutting source is also characterized by its reliability and high availability of wear parts.
Material clamping of the metal sheets
The multiple hydraulic clamping devices move on robust prismatic guide rails and move the heavy metal sheets or flat steel via a roller conveyor to the processing position of the drilling unit, the marking unit or the thermal cutting unit.
Marking the components
The finished components can be marked using marking milling (also known as scribing). This allows the components to be assigned later and the welding position to be marked.
Material unloading and chip transport
In order to achieve a high level of automation, a folding table integrated into the outfeed roller conveyor ensures that the finished components are discharged onto the chain conveyor after the flame cutting process. Another chain conveyor positioned on the opposite side removes the drilling and milling chips. After the drilling and milling process, a roller brushing device cleans the sheets before the cutting process.
CNC control and software
The system is programmed using the modern Fanuc CNC control and the Mitrol software designed for sheet metal processing.
This used Ficep Tipo G31 LG sheet metal processing center has only a few operating hours and is in very good condition. The machine is available at short notice from the Nenok used machine warehouse in Cologne.
A filter unit is not included in the scope of delivery.
