FICEP DZ 603 drilling machine for sectional steel

The Ficep DZ 603 is a drilling machine with 3 drilling axes for profile processing. This 3-axis drilling machine is designed for profile beam processing in steel construction. Steel profiles can be drilled and center-punched automatically on 3 axes (flange and web). The CNC control system from Mitrol with Arianna software is used to program the drilling machine. CAD data in DSTV or DXF format is converted into NC data in the CNC control and the machine starts the machine program, during which the axes are moved to the specified position. A gripper measuring carriage positions the profile at the appropriate drilling position in the drilling unit. A 5-fold tool changer ensures fast drill bit changes on the individual drilling axes. In the infeed and outfeed area, a stable roller conveyor transports the steel profiles.
