Kaltenbach KDXS 1215 - HDM 1432

The Kaltenbach KDXS 1215 drilling system in combination with the Kaltenbach HDM 1432 circular saw is suitable for high-performance sawing and drilling in medium and heavy steel construction or the steel trade.

With this Kaltenbach saw-drill line, steel profiles can be drilled, center-punched and then sawn to length simultaneously on 3 sides in a single operation. Profile steel, hollow profiles and flat steel can be processed up to a profile size of 1,200 mm and a profile length of 24,000 mm.

Kaltenbach KDXS 1215 drilling system

The Kaltenbach KDXS drilling machine is a powerful profile beam drilling machine for heavy steel construction and steel trade. The robust construction is designed for a long service life. The drilling machine has an automatic tool changing system on the three drilling spindles for five tools each. The tools are precisely positioned for the drilling process via ball screw spindles and servomotors. The axis positioning, feed rates and speeds are programmed for the application by the CNC control and the Kaltenbach Profiline software.

Kaltenbach HDM 1432 Double mitre vertical circular saw

High performance circular saw as vertical saw with swivel bearing for a high sawing capacity of medium and heavy steel profiles. This circular saw unit is equipped with a segment saw blade diameter 1430 mm.

Kaltenbach CNC control and software

Data is transferred from the office computer to the machine computer in the control panel in DSTV format using a data cable. Orders can also be entered manually during the machining process. The tools and speeds are selected automatically using existing material, profile and tool databases. Manual correction is possible.

Kaltenbach transport system type T 13
