The Petry Wendomat is a turning device that enables economic and effective production in steel construction and metal construction and offers great advantages in welding production. Heavy steel components (such as lattice towers, bridge profiles, crane girders and other steel structures) are brought into the desired position by means of the turning device and can thus be welded under ergonomically optimal conditions. Even heavy and bulky structural parts with a unit weight of 50 kN and a cross-section of 900 x 1000 mm and even those with brackets and haunches (up to 700 mm) can be turned without any problems by using the Petry Wendomat without any risk to the employees. For inserting large cross-sections, the support arms are opened hydraulically. The use of plastic-coated steel mesh lifting belts ensures smooth and safe turning. A roller system makes it easy to position the Wendeomat at a new welding location. A radio remote control is included in the scope of delivery.
