MicroStep plasma cutting system in portal design

The MicroStep SPL-P 12001.30 plasma cutting machine is equipped with a Hypertherm HPR 130 plasma source and an automatic gas console for economical plasma cutting of steel sheets and steel plates up to a size of 3,000 x 12,000 mm.

The MircoStep SPL series is a robust and precise CNC-controlled plasma cutting machine in gantry design. This cutting system is designed for continuous industrial use. The stable cutting gantry is used to position the necessary cutting units at the position to be cut in the X and Y axes with high dynamics. The deep-set cutting gantry with the cutting units is positioned using the digital DC servo motors and backlash-free gearboxes with the drive pinion via gear racks on both sides.
