Ficep Endeavour DDVB 453 + Katana K60

FICEP Endeavour 453 DDVB drilling rig in combination with a Ficep Katana miter band saw.

This powerful Ficep drilling saw line is ideally suited for sawing, drilling and marking of sectional steel and flat steel in steel construction and steel trade. A gripper measuring arm ensures fast material transport including material measurement. Either carbide drills from Nenok or Kennametal are used for drilling the profiles. It is also possible to use HSS coolant taps, as well as taps. This Ficep drill saw line is the ideal equipment for a larger steel fabricator or steel trader for large production volumes. A modern CNC control from Mitrol with Pegaso software ensures easy programming. A marking device for embossing numbers and letters is part of the line. The measuring length in the infeed is 16,000 mm. In the outfeed area, the line can transport 12,000 mm of profiles. A transport system for material transport consisting of roller conveyor and cross tractors is included.
