The 2-column guided Behringer HBP 310 - 523 G band saw is an economical metal band saw for semi-automatic saw cuts with a manual miter setting of +45 / - 60 ° from the manufacturer Behringer in Kirchardt. Stable saw frame in cast construction

The low-torsion and low-vibration saw frame has a backlash-free, pre-tensioned 4-fold guide. The two guide columns are ground and hard chrome-plated.

Saw blade cleaning

By means of a rotating chip brush. The drive runs synchronously with the cutting speed. The brush is adjusted to the saw blade by means of an adjusting screw.

Machine stand

Heavy, torsion-resistant machine stand in box construction with holders for chip and coolant containers, as well as the hydraulic system.

Measuring system

Entered at the NC control on the control panel, the measuring fence on the outfeed side automatically moves to the programmed value (saw length) and then lowers onto the roller conveyor. The material is transported to the stop via the driven roller conveyors. The maximum measuring length is 12650 mm. After the sawing process, the measuring fence swivels upwards and the sawn profile can be transported out of the sawing area for removal on the roller conveyors.

Material support

The workpieces are fed into the machine via stable support rollers and driven roller conveyors on the infeed and outfeed sides. The roller conveyor on the infeed side has a length of 12000 mm, the one on the outfeed side 12100 mm. The material is lifted by hydraulically controlled rollers for transportation through the saw.

Material clamping vice

Hydraulic horizontal material clamping using hardened clamping jaws. The cylinder stroke covers the full cutting range.

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system in block design is mounted on the machine stand for easy access.

Cooling system

The coolant is supplied to the interface via 2 adjustable nozzles. The coolant tank can be removed for easy cleaning. We are happy to offer the appropriate Nenok cooling lubricant.

Chip disposal

Large chip tray with 200 l capacity integrated in the machine stand. Easy chip removal thanks to wide, easily accessible ejection opening.
