Description of Ficep ORIENT 601 DDB + K100
The used FICEP ORIENT 601 DDB drilling-sawing line in combination with 601 DDB drilling line and Ficep K 100 band saw is optimally suited for sawing and drilling steel profiles in steel construction and steel trade.
The machining sizes are designed in the web height of minimum 80 mm and maximum 610 mm and in the flange height of minimum 10 mm and maximum 305 mm, The profile length to be machined is moved and measured via the X-axis with a clamp measuring carriage. The Ficep K 100 horizontal mitre band saw saws +/- 45°. The saw cutting range at 90° (H x W) is 310 mm x 1015 mm, at +/- 45° 310 x 610 mm, The bandsaw is suitable for use with X-ray high performance saw bands in the saw band dimensions of 7880 x 41 x 1,3 mm.
The Ficep 601 DDB is equipped with a rotating drill spindle and a 6-position tool changer. The powerful 17 kW drill drive of the 601 DDB drilling unit is designed with a high spindle speed of 180 to 5000 rpm. This makes the drilling unit suitable for drilling with Hartner solid carbide drills or Kennametal KSEM carbide drills.The tool holder for drills, countersinks and tapping tools is HSK A80. Included in the machine offering is a 12 m infeed roller table and outfeed roller table.
Programming is done either at the machine or via a data interface from the office. The programming and transfer of CAD data is done in DSTV or DXF format.
