Horizontal miter band saw Kaltenbach KBS 620 DG with double miter swiveling at + 60 / -45 degrees.
The Kaltenbach KD 615 beam drilling machine is equipped with 3 drill spindles and has a 5-unit tool changer for each axis, each for drill tools with a diameter of 10 - 40 mm. HSS inner coolant drills from Nenok Tools are used. The control panel has a touchscreen screen and joysticks for the associated transport system, consisting of transverse transport to the infeed roller table to sawing / drilling. The exit roller table also includes a transverse transport system, which is set up in the outdoor area.
The system is designed for profiles with the max. Dimensions: HE 600 x 300 x 8000 mm. The length measurement takes place via a length measuring trolley with gripper pliers.
